Michael Crowe is Executive Principal of Saints College and a recognised leader in flexible and alternative education. For more than a decade, he has worked to transform educational opportunities for young people whose needs are not met by traditional schooling, leading the design and delivery of innovative, relationship-based models of education that prioritise engagement, wellbeing and successful pathways beyond school. His work has been driven by a deep commitment to supporting some of the most at-risk young people in our communities.
Michael has played a key role in the growth and evolution of Saints College, championing approaches grounded in inclusion, dignity and educational equity. He is passionate about creating learning environments where young people feel safe, connected and empowered to thrive, regardless of the barriers they may have experienced. As a strong advocate for educational equity, Michael believes every young person deserves access to an education that recognises their strengths, responds to their individual circumstances, and creates meaningful opportunities for future success.
